OEil-de-Perdrix 2011

Our Oeil-de-Perdix is a pinot noir based rosé in which the free run juice is run off. The color and flavors are extracted the first day of pressing, which imparts the wine finesse and elegance. This wine is meant to be enjoyed in its earlier stages, young and fresh.

Enjoy with: Red and white meats (veal), leg of lamb, cream based cheeses, sushi and "assiette valaisanne".

Ideal Serving Temperature: 8 - 10°C
