Gamay 2010

Originally from Beaujolais, this grapes culture really picked up in the Valais around the 1950's. Now widespread throughout the canton, it is best developed in terrain with minimal calcium. gamay is a distinctively fruity wine, made for summer.

Enjoy with: Dried meats, pub food, grilled fish and of course with an "assiette valaisanne".

Ideal Serving Temperature:
16 - 18°C

Maturity: 2011 - 2016
