Fendant 2011

As the legend goes, this grape variety was imported into Switzerland from Turkey by an embassador, Francois the 1st in the XVIth century. It reached the Valais in the 19th century. Given its refreshing character, it suites manny occasions. A fantastic aperitif, also ideal with raclettes and fondues, this wine has a special place in the locals hearts.
